Track Description

This track focuses on emerging theories, technologies, and applications in digital design, interactive communication, and intelligent computing environments. It explores how advanced computing technologies, human–computer interaction, visual intelligence, and network architectures contribute to the development of innovative communication systems and user-centered digital experiences. The track provides a platform for researchers and practitioners to discuss new approaches in interface design, collaborative systems, web technologies, intelligent applications, and computational methods that enhance interaction, connectivity, and information exchange.

Dr. Yuk Ming TANG

Dr. Yuk Ming TANG, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, China

Bio

Ir Dr. Yuk Ming Tang is a Senior Teaching Fellow in the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, where he serves as Lab-in-charge of the Integrated Product Design Laboratory. His research interests encompass Artificial Intelligence, Virtual Reality, Digital Twins, the Internet of Things, and their applications in Industry 4.0 and healthcare. Over the past three years, he has published over 80 internationally refereed journal articles, with work appearing in top venues such as Computers & Education and Expert Systems with Applications. Dr. Tang is President of the IISE-Hong Kong and a Member of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers. His teaching excellence has been recognized with multiple faculty awards, and he has been nominated for the UGC Teaching Award. He serves on the editorial boards of several renowned journals and has been featured as a speaker at the Hospital Authority Convention and on local television programs.
