Track Description
This track focuses on the development, adoption, and innovation of Open Educational Resources (OER) and their role in advancing digital learning and open education. It explores how emerging technologies, interactive learning design, and digital platforms are reshaping access to knowledge, learning experiences, and educational practices. The track provides a forum for researchers and practitioners to discuss innovative approaches to creating, sharing, managing, and utilizing open educational resources, as well as their integration with online learning environments, intelligent learning systems, and emerging educational technologies.

Bio
Jhoanne Mae C. Toriaga, RPsy, is an Assistant Professor and Program Chair of the Department of Psychology at Mapúa University's School of Health Sciences, Philippines. She is a Registered Psychologist and a doctoral candidate in Forensic Psychology at Far Eastern University, Philippines. Her research focuses on psychometric scale development, forensic psychology, mental health, digital health, artificial intelligence in healthcare and education, and culturally grounded psychological assessment. Drawing from her background in learning and organizational development within the healthcare sector, she integrates evidence-based psychological practice with interdisciplinary research. She has led and collaborated on projects involving AI-assisted clinical decision support systems, digital mental health interventions, and psychological scale development. She regularly presents her work at international conferences and mentors undergraduate and graduate researchers in psychology, assessment, and applied behavioral science.
Lecturer Ka Du, Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University, China
Bio
Ka Du is a Chinese Language Lecturer at Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University (XJTLU) in Suzhou, China. Since joining XJTLU seven years ago, she has specialized in teaching beginner and elementary Chinese, earning a reputation for her engaging and student-centered approach. Her research interests lie at the intersection of educational technology and language instruction, with a particular focus on technology-enhanced assessment and learning tools. Ka Du is dedicated to creating dynamic, interactive classrooms that motivate beginners and build strong linguistic foundations.
