Registration Categories

Author: Author presents the paper and attend Keynotes, paper presentations and sessions. Only one paper can be presented per registration.

Participant: A Participant is an attendee that does not submit or present a paper, but attends presentations, keynotes and sessions.

Fees are payable in advance. We accept payment by most international credit or debit cards.

You can also pay by bank transfer. We can provide an invoice with all the information you need to pay by bank transfer, please get in touch with us at icemt@academic.net.

Authors and presenters can only start the registration process when the paper / abstract is accepted by ICEMT 2025.

Registration Fee include

Full Registration includes: access to all the conference sessions, oral/poster presentation, conference documentation and proceedings, working lunch, coffee breaks, welcome reception, gala dinner and inclusion of presented papers in the conference proceedings.
Presenter's Registration includes: access to all the conference sessions, oral/poster presentation, conference documentation, working lunch, coffee breaks, welcome reception, gala dinner.
Audience's Registration includes: access to all the conference sessions, conference documentation, working lunch, coffee breaks, welcome reception, gala dinner.

No Show Policy

For each accepted paper, at least one author or qualified proxy needs to register for attending the conference, and present the paper in the assigned session, either in an oral or as a poster. Publisher reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference, if the paper is not presented by the author at the conference. No refund of the paid fees may be claimed by the no show author.

For poster sessions, if the speaker is not present in front of the poster for most of the time during the poster session, this also implies the paper was not presented.

The presenter should start all necessary procedures and approvals (e.g., travel funding, visa application) after receiving notification that the paper is accepted for the conference.

If the authors have, or anticipate, unforeseen circumstances endangering or preventing the presentation, they should notify the conference secretary as soon as possible with proof of their restriction. Substitute presenters may be possible or, depending on conference resources, other accommodations may be available, such as a remote presentation or pre-recorded video.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

If a registrant is unable to attend an event for any reason, they may substitute, by arrangement with the registrar, someone else of co-authors or from the same institute/organization. Written requests for cancellations must be sent to the Conference Secretary by email  icemt@academic.net.

In case of cancellation, partial cancellation or modification the following fees apply:

Cancellation up to 90 days prior to event date: 30USD processing fee is required

89-60 days prior to event date: 30% processing fee is required

59-30 days prior to event date: 50% processing fee is required

29-0 days prior to event date: No refund

Organizer Statement

The participants are required to enter and exit the conference areas wearing the name tag, and not to lend the name tag to others. Non-participants are not allowed to enter the conference areas without permission.

Please keep all your belongings (laptop, mobile phone, etc.) with you in the public. The conference organizer is not responsible for loss or damage of property.

The organizer reserves the right to change the conference date and venue due to force majeure events. Authors are obliged to observe and cooperate with the organizer's decision.
