The 7th International Conference on Education and Multimedia Technology (ICEMT 2023) has been successfully held in Tokyo, Japan from August 29th to 31th, 2023. ICEMT 2023 ) is sponsored and supported by Okayama University, Japan; Tokyo University of Technology, Japan and Sunway University, Malaysia. It united under the compelling theme, "The Future of Education," seeks to explore the uncharted territories of learning and technology. In these rapidly changing times, where the landscape of education is being transformed by technological advancements, we find ourselves at the crossroads of innovation and tradition. ICEMT 2023 serves as a catalyst for the exchange of ideas that will shape the very essence of education in the years to come.

Conference Committee Chair, Prof. Benjamin W. Wah host the opening ceremony and morning keynote session. He expressed his sincere gratitude to the co-organizers and warm welcome to all the experts and scholars attending the conference. This gathering comprises 86 participants and 13 listeners from diverse backgrounds, representing 18 different countries and regions. (Japan, USA, China, Saudi Arabia, Canada, Spain, Malaysia, Greece, South Korea, Mexico, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Kazakhstan) This international convergence of intellects reflects the universal significance of our conference theme and our shared dedication to sculpting the future of education.

Over the next 3 days, ICEMT 2023 has a carefully curated agenda featuring a lineup of distinguished Plenary and Keynote speakers, thought-provoking Invited speeches, interactive presentations. This conference is not just an opportunity to absorb knowledge, but also to engage in fruitful dialogues, challenge assumptions, and ignite new collaborations.

We have invited 3 respectable professors to deliver an unusual keynote addresses, consisting of Prof. Benjamin W. Wah (ACM Fellow, IEEE Fellow, The Chinese University Of Hong Kong, China), Prof. Jianli Jiao, (South China Normal University, China ), Prof. Zehui Zhan (South China Normal University, China) and 3 pleanry speakers, they are Prof. Zhixian Zhong, (Jiangxi Normal University, China), Prof. Anja Pfennig (HTW Berlin - University Of Applied Sciences, Germany), and Prof. Xiwen Zhang (Beijing Language And Culture University, China). Moreover, it adds 9 invited speakers from universities at home and abroad.
